  1. After reviewing the session descriptions, select one PD Opportunity from the first session (12:30-1:30) and one PD Opportunity from the second session (1:45-2:45).  Be mindful of which position(s) the session is appropriate for.  

  1. Once signed up, staff have the opportunity to see their selected PD under “My Schedule”  

  1. Staff have the opportunity to change session(s), if space allows, before August 1.

This session will provide participants with practical approaches designed to increase adult/student relationships, connection, safety, and opportunities for success and learning. This framework and active practice will include an overview of Restorative Practices, alignment to school/classroom universal expectations using intentional and explicit practice.

Areas of focus will include:
-Opening/Closing- classes, tasks, centers
-Embedding the restorative approaches into day-to-day routines
-Differentiating for understanding and relevance
