  1. After reviewing the session descriptions, select one PD Opportunity from the first session (12:30-1:30) and one PD Opportunity from the second session (1:45-2:45).  Be mindful of which position(s) the session is appropriate for.  

  1. Once signed up, staff have the opportunity to see their selected PD under “My Schedule”  

  1. Staff have the opportunity to change session(s), if space allows, before August 1.

This interactive one-hour session briefly reviews the effects of stress on adults and clarifies the differences between self-care and well-being. Intentional use of coping skills, self-reflection and aligning our values to our work are reviewed as steps toward adult well-being.
